Summer School

An introduction to Uni

Getting a place in the university of your choice needs talent and hard work. It also needs following up. Our lecturers already teach or have received their education from the world’s best universities.

We offer that asset to our students.

Virtual Gap Year

The Award begins in the second half of 2022, aimed at final-year high school Spanish-speaking students. During 450 hours of work, the student will develop four primary areas of knowledge, necessary for both getting the best performance at world-class universities and in your future professional development:

  • The humanities and the world’s culture
  • Writing and critical thinking
  • Maths and statistics
  • Coding

The Award’s courses do more than give you specific techniques to improve your performance in some admission tests. These courses aim to grant you strong habilities that the tests value and assess. Furthermore, they are at the core of university education.

In a changing and uncertain context as the current one, the habilities that this Award fosters are a game-changer. Speaking and writing well, questioning the information you encounter, and having a logical mental process is essential. Thus, they give you an advantage in the job market and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Accreditation

Our courses are accredited under the European Union standards. Therefore, it is possible that the university you are applying to takes the award into account.*
*It is up to your university to allow you to “bring in” our courses. That is why we provide no guarantee that you can revalidate your studies at the Virtual Gap Year.

Two intensive-study weeks

The VGY is either online or in-campus. In any of these options, you will have the opportunity to spend two intensive-study weeks in Mexico (Mexico City or San Miguel Allende) during the students’ vacation time.
